Project overview

The project comprises three multi-level family housing units arranged in a compact linear layout. Each unit has a private entrance and is designed to provide comfortable, functional living spaces. The contemporary design, landscaping, boundary fencing, and external lighting enhance privacy, safety, and residential amenity while integrating well with the surrounding neighborhood.

I played a key role in shaping the overall vision and design of the project. My responsibilities included overseeing the architectural design process and preparing detailed material estimates for both building construction and interior furnishings.
